School Leaving Certificate from the Previous School.
An attested photocopy of Date of Birth Certificate.
Marksheet of the Previous Class.
Two Passport Size Photos of each parent & guardian.
An attested photocopy of Aadhar Card.
Six (06) Passport Size Photos of the student.
